Autor von Artikeln und Büchern, die in viele Sprachen übersetzt wurden, vom Spanischen ins Chinesische, vom Japanischen ins Russische, vom Koreanischen ins Katalanisch; darunter Piero Sraffa (Macmillan Palgrave, 2009) und The rich of ideas (CUP, 2005), dessen italienische Ausgabe (Laterza 2001) 2003 mit dem Jerome Blanqui Award der European Society for the History of Economic Thought ausgezeichnet wurde.
