Sarhan Muhammad Musa ist Professor am Department of Engineering Technology der Prairie View A&M University, Texas. Er erhielt seinen Ph.D. in Elektrotechnik von der City University of New York im Jahr 2001. Professor Moses ist Gründer und Direktor der Prairie View Networking Academy, Texas, seit 2004.
