Sarhan Muhammad Musa ist Professor am Department of Engineering Technology der Prairie View A&M University, Texas. Er erhielt seinen Ph.D. in Elektrotechnik von der City University of New York im Jahr 2001. Professor Moses ist Gründer und Direktor der Prairie View Networking Academy, Texas, seit 2004. Er ist LTD Sprint und Boeing Welliver Fellow. Professor Moses ist Autor mehrerer Bücher über Mathematik und Ingenieurwissenschaften.
