He is an Egyptian scriptwriter as he likes to describe himself, despite being a satirical writer who writes in Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper many valuable articles, but he always classifies himself as a scriptwriter. Muharram Bey graduated from the Faculty of Media, Cairo University, Department of Journalism, and was the first in his class. His writings varied between scenarios, fictional and cinematic stories, and satirical political articles, and his writings are characterized by a spirit of irony and humor. He became famous in the Egyptian weekly newspaper Al-Dustour in the first issue, where he took over the newspaper's editorial secretariat and took over the post page, which turned the scales of the mail pages in particular and the press in general. In the second issue of Al-Dustour newspaper, he became famous for his page called “Qalamin”, and he wrote a weekly column in Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper. Cairo today with broadcaster Amr Adib, and his appearance on the program was stopped based on instructions from higher authorities, as stated by Amr Adib himself on the Buss Watal website. Bilal Fadl is considered one of the best satirical writers in recent days, as “Ahmed Fouad Negm” the great poet says about him, and his popularity is increasing every day because of his closeness to people and their problems. Among his books, Bani Begm: A collection of short stories about Dar Merit, 4 editions. Two Pens: A satirical political book, published by Merit, 4 editions. The Indigenous People of Egypt: Released by Dar Merit a few weeks ago. What the eye did to the dead: its sixth edition was published at the 2010 book fair. Laughing Majrouh: It was published by Dar Al-Shorouk at the 2010 book fair, and the first edition was executed during the exhibition. On April 30, 2009, he received the award for best screenplay for his film Baltia Al-Aaima from the 15th National Festival of Egyptian Cinema and its jury headed by the novelist Jamal Al-Ghitani, and its members were professors Muhammad Khan, Sayed Saeed, Salah Marei, Mahmoud Abdel Samie, Khaled Abdel Jalil, Magdy Al-Tayeb and Tariq Sharara, which is the award. The first official he gets for one of his films.
