He was born and raised in Beirut, then joined his brother to Cairo, establishing the “Hilal Library” and publishing school books in his name. Including “Al-Mustadirat min Al-Anwadir - t” and “Anecdotes of the writers - t” and “Anecdotes of the honorable in the pre-Islamic era and Islam - t” and he has systems below the middle in a small “Diwan-i” and “Insha’ al-Rasa’il-i”. He died in Cairo.
