Bryan Garner (nacido el 17 de noviembre de 1958) es un abogado, gramático y lexicógrafo estadounidense. También escribe sobre jurisprudencia (y ocasionalmente sobre golf). Es autor de más de 25 libros, de los cuales los más conocidos son Modern English Usage de Garner (4.ª ed. 2016) y Reading Law: The Interpretation of Legal Texts (2012, en coautoría con el juez Antonin Scalia), así como cuatro libros íntegros ediciones del Black's Law Dictionary. Se desempeña como Profesor Investigador Distinguido de Derecho en la Universidad Metodista del Sur. También enseña de vez en cuando en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Texas, la Facultad de Derecho de Texas A&M y la Facultad de Derecho de Texas Tech.
