Clifford Embleton (11 de mayo de 1931 - 4 de julio de 1994) fue un geomorfólogo británico. Nació en Bromborough en ese momento en Cheshire. Era hijo de Arthur Thomas Embleton (1895-1954), empleado de envíos, y de Constance Fitzgerald (1896-1948).
