Bryan Stevenson (né le 14 novembre 1959) est un avocat américain, militant pour la justice sociale, professeur de droit à la faculté de droit de l'Université de New York et fondateur et directeur exécutif de l'Equal Justice Initiative. Basé à Montgomery, en Alabama, il a contesté les préjugés contre les pauvres et les minorités dans le système de justice pénale, en particulier les enfants.
