Sarhan Muhammad Musa est professeur au Département de technologie de l'ingénierie de l'Université Prairie View A&M, au Texas. Il a obtenu son doctorat. en génie électrique de la City University de New York en 2001. Le professeur Moses est le fondateur et directeur de Prairie View Networking Academy, Texas, depuis 2004. Il est LTD Sprint et Boeing Welliver Fellow. Le professeur Moses est l'auteur de plusieurs livres sur les mathématiques et l'ingénierie.
