Arthur Mallay Lesk, est un chercheur en science des protéines, qui est professeur de biochimie et de biologie moléculaire à la Pennsylvania State University à University Park. Lesk a obtenu un baccalauréat, magna cum laude, de l'Université de Harvard en 1961. Il a obtenu son doctorat de l'Université de Princeton en 1966.
