Israel Shahak (hébreu : ישראל שחק) (28 avril 1933 - 2 juillet 2001) était un Israélien polonais. Né à Varsovie, en Pologne, il est un survivant de l'Holocauste. Il a travaillé comme maître de conférences en chimie à l'Université hébraïque de Jérusalem occupée. Il est l'ancien président d'une association israélienne concernée par les droits humains et civils. Il était connu pour ses critiques franches du gouvernement israélien et de la société israélienne en général.
