Arthur Mallay Lesk, è un ricercatore di scienze proteiche, professore di biochimica e biologia molecolare presso la Pennsylvania State University di University Park. Lesk ha conseguito una laurea, magna cum laude, presso l'Università di Harvard nel 1961. Ha conseguito il dottorato presso l'Università di Princeton nel 1966.
