Sarhan Muhammed Musa, Teksas, Prairie View A&M Üniversitesi'nde Mühendislik Teknolojisi Bölümü'nde profesördür. Doktora derecesini aldı. 2001 yılında City University of New York'tan Elektrik Mühendisliği alanında yüksek lisans derecesi aldı. Profesör Moses, 2004'ten beri Teksas, Prairie View Networking Academy'nin kurucusu ve direktörüdür. O bir LTD Sprint ve Boeing Welliver Fellow'dur. Profesör Moses, matematik ve mühendislik üzerine birkaç kitabın yazarıdır. Güncel araştırma ilgi alanları arasında elektromanyetik hesaplama, akıllı şebeke, görüntüleme ve spektroskopi, hesaplamalı nanoteknoloji, siber güvenlik ve bilgisayar ağları yer almaktadır.
