Holly Black née Riggenbach, 1971'de New Jersey, West Long Branch'de doğdu, en iyi Çocuk ve Genç Yetişkin Kurgularıyla tanınan Amerikalı bir yazar ve editör. En son çalışması, New York Times En Çok Satan Genç Yetişkin Hava Halkı serisidir.
