Paul Collier, MBA Programının Direktör Yardımcısıdır. Geçmişi, borsada işlem gören bir imalat şirketinin CFO'su ve Genel Müdürü ve bir polis teşkilatında Eğitim Başkanı olarak rolleri içermektedir. İngiltere'de Aston Business School'da 7 yıl geçirdikten sonra 2006 yılında Monash'a katıldı. Paul, Monash'ta Muhasebe Profesörü, (o zamanki) Muhasebe ve Finans Bölümü Başkan Yardımcısı ve araştırma eğitimi için Dekan Yardımcısı olmuştur. Paul, hem özel sektörde hem de kamu sektöründe yönetişim, risk yönetimi, strateji, yönetim kontrolü ve performans ölçümü alanlarında araştırmalar yapmış ve yayınlar yapmış ve çeşitli kar amacı gütmeyen kuruluşların yönetim kurulunda yer almıştır.
