Broderick Stephen Harvey (17 Ocak 1957 doğumlu) Amerikalı bir televizyon ve radyo sunucusu, oyuncu, yazar, işadamı ve eski stand-up komedyenidir. Harvey kariyerine komedyen olarak başladı. 1980'lerin başında stand-up komedisi yaptı ve Apollo'da Showtime'ı ve WB'de The Steve Harvey Show'u ağırladı. Daha sonra Kings of Comedy Tour'da oynadıktan sonra The Original Kings of Comedy'de yer aldı. Son stand-up gösterisini 2012'de gerçekleştirdi.
