Paul Seligson, 30 yılı aşkın bir süredir TEFL'de yer almaktadır ve dünya çapında canlı, son derece pratik konuşmalar ve eğitim oturumları vermesiyle tanınmaktadır. Cezayir, Fransa, Mısır, Venezüella, Brezilya, Arjantin, Türkiye, Meksika, İngiltere ve İspanya'da, Valencia'daki British Council'de ADOS olarak 5 yıl görev yaptı. Ayrıca Brighton'da kendi dil okulunu kurdu ve işletti ve okul yönetiminin her seviyesinde engin deneyime sahip.
TEFL'de yüksek lisans ve CELTA değerlendiricisi olan birçok birincil, ikincil ve yetişkin yayınları arasında, kendisinin de editörlüğünü yaptığı Richmond Teacher's Handbook Series için Öğrencilerin Konuşmasına Yardım Etme, English File (OUP), English Teacher's Portfolio (British Council, Brezilya), Temel İngilizce 1-5 ve Çocuk Web (her ikisi de Richmond). Toplamda 40'ın üzerinde kitap ve uluslararası dergilerde çok sayıda makale yayınlamıştır. Dört kıtada öğretmenler yetiştirmiş, COTE, DOTE, CELTA, DELTA, FTBE, Lisansüstü ve Lisansüstü kursları düzenlemiş ve İngilizce, İspanyolca, Fransızca ve Portekizce dillerinde dünya çapında yüzlerce konferans oturumu vermiştir. Ayrıca Avrupa, Kuzey Afrika, Batı ve Orta Asya ve Latin Amerika'da çok sayıda üniversitede danışmanlık yaptı ve İspanya, Türkiye ve Meksika'da gözlem programları kurdu. Son zamanlarda, Brezilya'daki Devlet Okulu öğretmenlerine eğitim sağlanmasında yer almıştır.
Rio de Janeiro'da yaşıyor ve serbest öğretmen, eğitmen, yazar ve danışman olarak çalışıyor.

We Can Do It! takes an action-oriented approach concerned with learning language in order to achieve real-world outcomes. It gives students a clear goal for their learning and allows them to assess the extent to which they meet the goal.
You can. activities, My progress self- assessment sections, Self-Check tests and self-evaluation pages and My grammar progress self-assessment sections provide varied instances of evaluation to foster student’s autonomy and a sense of achievement, contributing to their motivation and self-esteem.
Special attention is paid to the cultural aspects implicit in language learning through the stories that highlight the aspects of the culture of the English-speaking world, My Culture Dossier section and six culture worksheets which provide further cultural information relevant to the topics addressed in the units.
There are special optional sections with additional practice suitable for KET and Trinity exams.

Tests are designed in two different levels of difficulty: standard and challenging and in two versions: A and B, for students sitting in different rows.
